I recently bought 2 digital photo frames from them, the description was not very informative as to the number of pixels on the displays.
As they were reduced to a reasonable price, £18 each from more than double, I thought they would be quite good.
However, pictures on them were not very sharp and I was disappointed.
They were sent from Jersey so they had to go back to Jersey, to post them back cost £8.64 in total.
I did not get an acknowledgement about refund, so e-mailed customer services, they replied stating that I have been refunded in full, and sure enough on the credit card statement, the £36 pounds was refunded plus the £8.64 for postage:T.
Well done to WHS.
