:T lots of wonderful results for February everyone! Onwards and upwards for March!
:oI didn't make a good start yesterday but I'm learning. Two small planned glasses out with lunch then nothing in the evening. I know abstinence is even better but part of my cutting-down is learning that having wine doesn't mean I have to have a whole bottle at a time. I've come a long way!
Try not to worry about Piglet MissP. It's probably no more than getting back in from his time off with illness/half-term. I'm sure most of us would rather be at home!! He'll be fine once he gets back into his usual routine.0 -
Welcome toomany4legs! Good luck for March
Maman - yes, I figured he would probably be ok. Just been spoilt having me to himself for a week or so. Had no phone call from the school so he must be fine
. I think you did very well just having a couple of glasses of wione with lunch. Its the stopping I have difficulty with. Can't seem to get my head round the idea of just having a couple of glasses. Guess I will eventually!

Hi all,
didnt manage to stay AF last night, had a bottle of wine after a really rubbish day.
But onwards and upwards, i have still managed 3 AF days (Sat, Sun, Mon) and am AF tonight too.0 -
Evening all! Feeling a lot better here with a few AF days under my belt. Need to get an early night though.
It takes me a couple of days to get into the 'feeling' of being AF and stop wanting to crack open a bottle at 6pm. Am going to try to be completey AF in the working week because I find it haed to stop at just one and any more makes me feel lousy.
So declaring 2 for March so far.Trying to keep in budget.

2 AFD for me so far. Wednesday is a difficult day for me. Its the one I usually trip up on, midweek bewilderment. Also shopping day, so there is usually some wine picked up. But I am waiting til Friday.0
