I hope I have got all the scores right as I am not quite "with it" at the moment. Hoping to get an appointment at docs tomorrow. Court date on Friday. Exam results on Monday. I am a wreck....

    Shaggy 16 please

  • Well after a huge battle with myself, including ordering pizza so as not to go out of the house and be tempted and then finding out the pizza company could deliver a bottle of wine I still managed an AFD.

I had 3 of the 4 HALT triggers going on as was very tired as I was awake half the night being nervous about an interview today, then got really hungry and lonely at the moment while OH is away for 3 months during the week.

Although I blew my WW points out the window, I am surprised and pleased to find myself still reporting in with 9/14 and another one for the challenge please Marru.

Sooo tired, hope I can sleep tonight. Sweet dreams everyone.

Hugs Marru and thanks for stepping up to score with all this going on. Good luck with docs, court and your results. Don't worry, we're a forgiving bunch and mine is right anyway!:rotfl:
  • Marru - big hugs hope you are feeling more "with it" soon:)
WBF - well done for resisiting temptation:T
Miss P - hope Piglet is on the mend (DS2 is poorly with chickenpox - so I feel you pain on the lack of sleep)

Well ahppy ot report another AF FOR ME SHAGGY (making 7 for the month)
and another for the challange MARRU (2 for the week)

let me tell you though it was a close run thing DH actually had his coat on to head out for chinese and beers and at the last mintue I said lets just save it for the weekend - am so glad now that I resisted and will be even happier in the morning

I am so happy I found this thread it has really given me the focus I needed to adrees how much/how often I was drinking and am really starting to feel and see the benefits

Well done to everyone who's managed an AF night tonight:T If you didn't I hope you enjoyed it.;)

marru, there's no problem with my score either. Take care of yourself and get to the GP. We'll be rooting for you on Friday. Will Ex's unwillingness to provide for his daughter financially be brought up?

I've managed an AF night tonight. It's so strange that I don't miss it on weeknights at all any more. Such a contrast to how I feel at weekends. It's all in my head, perhaps I'll sort it out one day. I've reached my 'must-do' target of 10 tonight. I will have more but not too many this month due to next week's short break.

10AF for February please Shaggy and
2 for this week's challenge marru.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

DH rarely drinks but decided to help himself to a beer tonight while watching the footie! I'm so weak willed that I joined him!

Footie was great though, particlarly if you support the arsenal-flag.gif
