    Evening All!

I've been a bit absent since last weekend, really busy at work and been taking it home :(

Didn't manage to go AF on Monday as it was a colleague's leaving drinks, but I have done Tue - Thurs (can safely declare tonight) so Pen, could you belatedly add me to 3-day Special please
and 12 days AF please Shaggy! :j
I've just read through the last few pages and I'm very much hoping (like Miss P has found) that I've a substantial increase in funds towards the end of Feb as all the AF days kick in :D Should help with the car insurance as my renewal has almost DOUBLED despite no (more) points and no accidents and lots of no claims!!

    Welcome PurpleHeather!

Gien - glad you're feeling better, about time!

Flimsier - well done on your staying AF despite having a stressful day, I can totally relate to that!

So true about finding it difficult to just have the one, I'm also fairly all or nothing, just can't seem to manage moderation
    :o

Well done to everyone with their weightloss, I've also shed a couple of lbs this week - slow and steady does it!
    :)

Wishing you all a happy Friday & sorry about the waffly post :o Right! I'm off to raid the comparison sites! :money:

Hello everyone. Thanks for the good wishes, I had a good lunch but managed to keep it healthy and stick to fizzy water. Been a busy but good day all round, a couple of meetings and theatre tonight. Finished the challenge, so that's

3 for this week's challenge Pen and 15 for the month please Shaggy.

    Almost Friday:D

    Hi Everyone

Went to Zumba and thank the Lord for wearing a sports bra its like nite and day. Really enjoyed it tonite, finally managing to work out some of the routines and going in the same direction as everyone else which is a bonus!

:rotfl:Know exactly what you mean there mackeroo, and pleased to hear your body is under more controll in lots of direction at zumba !

That's another one for me so 14/16 please Shaggy and Monday to Thursday challenge completed. And I get my happy clappy jumpy!!

I had a bit of an urge to pop into the off licence at the station while waiting for the train to go to my friends. I was good, but then my friends ordered pizza and texted me to see what I wanted and I had some even though I'd eaten a WW ready meal at tea time and hadn't planned second dinner. Still, an AFD but not low points!

Too tired to say well done to everyone individually and don't want to mention some and leave someone out so I'm off to bed. Good night all, sleep well!

    Have a Happy Day.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Aaaaargh!!!

My youngest is behaving like a wild animal and I would love nothing more than a couple of glasses of wine to just numb myself a little.....instead I calmly sent him to his room where here is thrashing around like a savage and hopefully he will exhaust himself, fall asleep and wake up in a better mood.

On a lighter note, it's Friday tomorrow, I've just made a nice pot of chamomile tea and my PJ's and book are calling me.

AF tonight please Pen and 12 for Jan please Shaggy

    Hope everyone's OK

    Nighty night,

    and breath, and relax..... yoga.gif

    Well done JJ.:T

    Morning all

    26 please Shaggy

Mackeroo - sounds like you have a fab weekend planned - have a lovely time!

Bear77 - well done on your weightloss too!

Well, Miss P has come down with another cold  Last night had awful earache which, thankfully, has gone off overnight but left me completely deaf. This happens every time I get a cold. Doctor says its something I'll have to live with and to put olive oil in my ears each time it happens (I have a problem with my ears). Wouldn't mind but it takes a good couple of weeks to clear. It also means I can't go and see my Mum this weekend :(:(. She is going into hospital next friday to have the stent operation done, and I really don't want to be passing her any bugs. If she has a cold they won't do the op. And she really needs it doing.:(

BUT I WILL stay positive! I may have a cold, but I don't feel too bad, considering. So will carry on and try and ignore it :D Think it'll work??:rotfl:

    And...best of all.......ITS FRIDAY!!!:T

    Miss P
    xx

P.s Shaggy, I do love that Friday Picture!:D
