Can you count me out of this weeks challenge please, fell at the first hurdle im afraid. The old me would have beaten myself up over this but not this time, will get back on the saddle tomorrow. Think im more suited, at this point in time, to sticking to my overall monthly target of 12 AF days, perhaps i rushed into the weekly one too quickly this time around. May rejoin them later in the month once ive found my AF groove!
Hope you all had a good day, im off work til Wed, ready to go back, will also rejoin WW or fat class as i call it, on Wed and have arrnaged to go back to Zumba class on Thurs night which i really enjoy.

God - it's hard this isn't it?? Just one night and I'm headachy, bored...... want to go to bed but can't get rid of this headache and worry I won't be able to sleep....

Anything to do for the best?? warm milk??

Good to see successes already (and mackeroo did you know that Pen does 'specials' from one night up each week?).

Welcome daisychain, and I promise it gets easier. Lots of folks took early relaxing baths or early nights at the start. Stick with us.

Heard the odd bell tonight myself, but just a tinkle that I can ignore. I've now got the added incentive that I have to minimise alcohol if I'm too keep up with my weightloss.
