  • Great news MollyP. Congratulations to you all :j
    Lovely sunny morning here.

Can you put me on your challenge for tonight too Jo please?

I sat up reading until 2 a.m. last night in an effort to improve the amount of time I sleep. It worked bacause at least I didn't lie there tossing and turning for 2 hours before falling asleep! Got woken at 7:15 with local paper dropped very loudly through the letterbox.

    Have a good day everyone

  • Shaggy - thanks for your very kind offer to score for November. Are you happy doing that? I sort of feel you might be getting lumbered with it as no-one else is offering to take up the baton. I've done 2 months this year so I feel I've done my bit.

I'll go for 20 for November.

    Morning all:wave:

Jo, would you put me down for AF last night:p. I want to do some retrospective showing off. I always found, in my job, that retrospective planning worked famously. All targets met!!

Unexpectedly AF last night. I had [STRIKE]a[/STRIKE] some (planned) drinks on Thursday so decided to be AF last night to make up for it. It was suprisingly difficult. I took the hour at a time approach and at 9 p.m. I was still thinking that maybe a glass and settle down to 'New Tricks' would be nice. But I didn't and I'm very pleased with myself:D.

That's 15AF for October, please Shaggy.

You are very kind to offer for November. Please put me down for 10 which will give me the third I'm satisfied with but I'll be aiming for closer to half.

    November target 10.

Glad things are going well for you mari, but I think going for a 103% target is a bit OTT!:p
