Download, install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.
After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents here.
Next, download, install and run the HijackThis Version 2.0.3 installer and use the Quick Start guide to enable you to produce a log for posting here too.0 -
Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.46 - FileHippo.com
Install malwarebytes, UPDATE tab, CHECK FOR UPDATES,
then run a QUICK SCAN. Remove anything it finds and post log here.
Download HijackThis 2.0.2 - FileHippo.com0 -
Download the latest version of CCleaner (untick the box for the toolbar when installing)
http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Run CCleaner and remove any rubbish it finds.
Download the latest version of Malwarebytes
http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
Once downloaded open Malwarebytes and update it first before running a scan.
Tick any problems Malwarebytes finds and remove them and then post (just copy & paste) th log file in your next message,0 -
After running MA and producing the log for posting, but before producing the HijackThis log, download, install and run Hitman Pro and run a scan. Once complete, produce the HijackThis log(Use HijackThis Version 2.0.4 if you are using Windows 7).0

Try browsing to the directory C:\Documents and Settings\Mark\Local Settings\Temp\tmpde594f4d and then manually delete the file
You can also try searching for the file x48x.exe and then delete it from the search results.
Files in the /tmp directory can usually be deleted (unless you copied something there intentionally)
I also second installing Malwarebytes and CCleaner: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner0 -
You could upload it to http://virscan.org/ and have it examined by several dozen different virus checkers.0
