Santander Business Account

To anyone looking at business banking don't bother with Santander. It has taken me a month to get nowhere. I complained to a manager who eventually emailed me. We set up a phone call so he could address the issues I had raised and he promised to ring me at an agreed time. Time came and went, no call. They really are amazingly bad and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Keep it within the santander Group, Use Cater allen bank, they have fantastic customer service. UK call centre, actual humans beings to speak to who can also action what you need done.0
