    If I remember correctly, you can go onto the Vodafone website and ask it to send the settings to your phone.....

    Have you tried 191 and ask Vodafone

    Done the online live person thing & they refered me to the sonim site. & then suggested I contact Vodafone technical team which I will do tomorrow.
