Court Repossession

Options
We have recieved letter at the old house (check post every week or so) from the solicitors acting for the mortage company (NR),

It states that a Hearing Date of the 6th October'10 has been arranged and gives a County Court case number.

The letter states "our clients claim for possession has now been listed for hearing as detailed above"

As of now i have no letter from the court. Would I get one ?

I have been expecting this and know i dont have to attend and was going to send a letter (i saw a template on here and now cant find it)

Any advise on what to say and do and if anyone knows where the letter is.

Thanks.

Falze

PS :- We had a field agent for NR on the doorstep of our new house yesterday. That was a bit unexpected. Mrs F said that neither of us were there.

If the letter has been posted to your old house I guess that is your notice, I might be wrong (is the old house the one that is being repoed)
If you woke up this morning congratulations, you have another chance :j

yes the old house is being repo'd, but i though the court themselves would advise. Maybe not.
