tesco, annoyed

Ordered a high chair from Tesco on-line Reduced from £50 to £33.32.
I went to pick it up today, Was really annoyed to see the same chair was only £30 in the store. I asked about the discrepancie and was told "we have different prices in store and on line. " I picked it up in store because it was postage free, but Tesco got the equivalent to that anyway.
To add insult to injury the grocery goods I bought were wrong, the item was £1 each or 2 for £1.50.and I was charged full price. There was nobody on the customer service so couldn't even get that rectified.
Not a lot of money i know but it's infuriating .
Never had a glimpse of the penny items.:(

I thought if you had bought something from a catelogue you have 7-14 days to return it and get your money back? You should have just instantly returned it and then bought the cheaper item.

And if you keep hold of the receipt, the items you were overcharged on they will double the difference back.

I would have returned it and purchased the cheaper one. If there is no-one at customer services desk there will be someone somewhere in the store get a checkout operator to page the manager over the PA and get your money back.
