Will my daughter be entitled to anything

My daughter has lived in America for the past 5 years, unfortunately she has separated from her oh and is coming home in November/December. Can anyone tell me if she will be able to claim jsa when she gets home, she worked full time from the time she left school right up until she moved abroad. I did look on the government website but I couldn't find anything that covered this.

have a look at the habitual residence test, once she passes this she may be able to claim income based JSA assuming she does not have savings or will be living with a partner0
