4graffiti.com - not shipping item after taking payment

I went online looking for a marker that can be refilled with oil paint and be used to write on wood. After a search I found that some graffiti markers can be used with oil paint and also be refilled with what ever color you desire. I purchased the marker on the 2nd of August from 4graffiti.com which charged me £5.49 for the oil marker and £1.70 postage.
Now nearly 2 months on with many emails to them and a silly reply about the marker is in Cyprus and will be sent I still don't have my marker and have not received any refund whats so ever.
I advise people not to use this company as they will take your hard earned money and not send you your goods you paid for.
My last resort will have to be name a shame...
