in Techie Stuff
hi, after transferring my photos/videos from my camera to laptop, i tried to watch some of my videos but a pop up saying "please install apple application support" appears, this has never happened before and as i am quite new to the world of computing i really dont know whatto do

What filetype are your videos? If they are .mov you'll need something that's able to play them. The quickest and lightest program is VLC which you can get (free) here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/0

Glad you got it sorted. I assume you're using Quicktime? Very bulky program, but I suppose if you're happy with it then all good0

i didnt even realise it was installed ! maybe it had something to do with my new camera software, just glad its all up to date now0
