New Generation Parking Final Reminder

Have just received a final reminder from this outfit. Apparently we are now 'required' to pay £150 for overstaying a few minutes in a free car park. We have ignored the first 'Notice to Owner'.

Has anyone got any experience of dealing with this lot and if they have any history of actually taking anyone to court?

Cheers

Seconded, they are well-known but there's no history of Court. It's a bogus PCN, safe to ignore.

Just collect and file their threatograms until the scam is over, then keep them to show people and educate others about this scam (all PCC tickets are trash, only ever take seriously a real penalty charge from the Police or a Council).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
