do a google search on your laptop and battery issues, sounds like your batteries have developed a memorie problem so try looking that up too

No batteries last forever, to refresh you drain it completely and recharge, but the memory effect isn't present on modern batteries.Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0

yes batteries are like capacitors in this instance. for longevity purposes always drain your battery then recharge it completely but you will always lose a tiny amount each time you recharge. if you on drain a small amount and only recharge half of it you are cutting back the potential of the battery thus losing power and efficiency.
i did this in electronics in my physics at a level so dont ask me to explain it! lolCertified Resident Wanty Stalker #001
