i shouldn't get your hopes up too much with the CAB.
they mean well, but are generally old, retired and out of touch, with no clue how the csa work.
good luck though. you never know, you might find one that can hold their bladder long enough to help you!
Not quite fair speedy.......I used to work for the CSA and am neither old (maybe a bit creaky!) or retired :cool:. As has been said you just need to insist on seeing a specialist rather than being fobbed off with a generalist adviser.
MC - even if they cant help then they are a great tool for telling you who can, best of all its a free service and there is no limit on the amount of times they will see you or the number of issues they will help you resolve
Am glad you are feeling more positive - sometimes its just knowing you have other people to bounce off that helps. As Raz has said there are other boards here which are really really supportive so have a nosey around.
