Silly car stereo fitting question

Hey all
I need to buy a new car stereo as I've lost the removable front of my current one.
My silly question is....do all stereos fit all types of cars?!
Or do I need to look for a specific one for my car. I have a Fiat Punto.

You might need a facia adaptor, then you have the option of "hardwiring" the stereo, or using an adaptor.flutterbyuk25 wrote: »It's a 51 plate

eBay is your friend here, they're eyewateringly expensive from Halfords, I daresay this is where they make the profit on their car audio.
