Hello
i took out a policy with HSBC which soley protected my wage and monthly payments should i become ill or not able to work, this was sold at the time of renewing our mortgage, i have been paying for 13 years. is this something i could investigate regarding reclaim?

I would check for more information on the link below, it will then depend if they mis sold you the ppi and take it from there.

You can complain about anything you want. However, there are some time limits and its not a game. You are effectively accusing the seller of fraud or misrepresentation.
If you have a genuine reason for complaint then you should complain. If you havent then you should not.
