I sent a secure message to my CC company about three weeks ago to askm them to send me a new card and they replied saying it would be sent and would take 7-10 working days. When it had not arrived by yesterday, I sent another message saying that I had not received it. Their reply came back saying exactly what they had said in their first message! Do these people not read their messages!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Depends on the company, but generally unless it's a higher level complaints dept, they only have access to specific templates.
And it's not their fault, it's normally the managers (sorry... Team Leaders) in these places that are robots, not the front line people.

(*Unless it's Santander. The branch says they sent you an umbrella 3 times already and don't understand why you don't have it yet and want it back right now!!!)0
