central capital ppi help

hi guys senyt my claim letter for ppi to central capital had one reply saying looking into now nothing there 8 weeks since recieving it up today were do i go from here thanx in advance

Hi there.
So 8 weeks are up today?
I would give them just a few more days, and if you receive nothing by then, give them a quick ring or send a letter and ask if they are dealing with your complaint.
However, as soon as 8 weeks have passed you do have the right to make a complaint to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) it may be worth waiting a few more days though, as this happens regular, but don't leave it too much longer then.
