:hello:
Simply, how do I report a seller for not performing? Is it through the dispute console?
The claim is in the hands of PayPal at the moment. As soon as I am awarded the refund, the seller will hit me with 2 NPB complaints, and I want to get in first.
Cheers.

If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

I haven't got a dropdown box? I can do that through the dispute console - is that right?
Edit: That option just directs me to PayPal, who are already dealing with it. I thought you could report a non-performing seller to eBay?If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
There is no NPS strike at the moment but a seller can be reported even though they may suffer no consequences. I understand anecdotally that these NPS complaints are put on the sellers file and will be acted on if a seller starts to look like he is a problem.
