I had some BIN items on ebay. The buyer now wants to cancel the bid. obviously the item has finished as she says she didn't know the item was used.? it stated clearly in the listing.
What would your advice be guys?

I don't think someone can withdraw a bid if it was using buy it now. So your only option would be to do a NPB of they do not pay to re-claim your fees and then re-list it. Why do people not read listings first!

I have had this happen to me today too! (See this http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=3077033&posted=1#post3077033 thread)
It is so annoying as the fees still apply. The only way you can get the fees back is to file a NPB and risk getting a neg. feedback!:smileyheaRachel xx0 -
they buy it and look and find the same item cheaper, they accepted the contract and they signed it by pressing bin and confirming to bin so they are legally tied in to the contract so if they dont pay, put in a NPBNever do things tomorow when you can do them today.0
