Best site for Carboot sales?

Does anyone know a good site that lists where carboot sales are being held? The main directories I have found seem to want a fee or are very localized (i.e. only Essex). I live in Northampton and in the past have travelled to Leicester for the Saddington one, but find it a pain to have to keep buying the local paper to find out when things are happening.

I've just finished looking into this myself (trying to get one more clearing out session done before winter). It's getting to the wrong end of the year for car boots but here's the list I made: -
1 - Wicksteed Park at Kettering - http://www.wicksteedpark.co.uk/
2 - Isebrook School - own website and details of other boot sales in area http://www.isfa.ik.com/
3 - Meadow Road Kettering - advertised in Kettering Evening Telegraph I think - also see http://1kettering.boys-brigade.org.uk/carboot.htm
4 - Rushden & Diamonds Football - also advertised in Kettering Evening Telegraph https://www.thediamondsfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/EventsDetail/0,,10784~672497,00.html
5 - Mad Mile, Sywell Road, Wellingborough has just finished for the year but Croyland Road also rings a bell.
6 - Lidlington (near Milton Keynes) - http://www.lidlingtoncarboot.tk
Have you tried the one that floats around Crick - (West Haddon, Cold Ashby etc. etc. etc. etc.) but it should be advertised in the Chronic Error (sorry Chronicle and Echo).
Ever thought about Rugby - not much difference in distance but certainly an easier drive than Saddington from Northampton. The Rugby Advertiser and/or Coventry Evening Telegraph run ads for these.
1 - Dunchurch (just off A45) on Saturdays
2 - Rugby Town FC Supporters Club are now also running car boots.
Other boots in that area I know off but have not seen advertised recently (mainly because I haven't read all the local rags lately): -
1 - Rugby St Cross hospital
2 - Ben Town Thorns at Easenhall
3 - Wolston village (same organiser as Crick I think)
Even further afield there are a couple at Warwick
1 - Council car park - behind the Police Station. Various organisers (local charitable groups take it in turns)
2 - Warwick Girls Marching Band have one that runs into November - http://www.warwickgirls.org.uk
Hope all the links work!0 -
