EON FIX online 8 total discounts?

I wondered if anyone could confirm that the total discounts on this product are 26.6%????

Gas Discounts
  • 6.00 % Direct Debit Discount
  • 2.00 % Dual Fuel Direct Debit Discount
  • 18.60 % Online Discount
Electricity Discounts
  • 6.00 % Direct Debit Discount
  • 2.00 % Dual Fuel Direct Debit Discount
  • 18.60 % Online Discount
I have been on this tariff for a while now and been with Eon for years TBH but my last bill for August has not appeared online although I have rang about it twice (metre was read ages ago). They say they will "release" it to view today and should show tomorrow. Its annoying really I like to know where I stand.

    Sorry about the delay giving you access to your online bill marshallka. We have been having a few problems with this particular online function recently.

    However, our techy bods have told me this has been sorted so you should be able to see it now.

    you will also get an additional 8% so this makes up the 26.6% - some regions get an even bigger discount.
