Practice Tests for Word for Windows and Excel

My SD will be tested at a recruitment agency - standard Word, Excel and copy typing tests (we are guessing). I know she can just have a practice with the actual programs but I was wondering if anyone knew of any websites with similar testing where you can test and score yourself?
