Credit Card Transfer - Within RBS Group

Hi all,

Just a quick question,

After stumbling across this site I've realised that I'm paying more that I should through lethargy more than anything and applied for a RBS Credit Card with 0% BT for my HSBC card.

However I've also got another balance on a Nat West Card and I've just realised that RBS and Nat West are in fact siblings.

Am I right in assuming that I can't transfer the between one and the other?

And if so, is there any way around it? I'm thinking of paying the Nat West card with Mrs Pistols empty Credit Card and then transferring
that.

All help gratefull recieved

Thanks

DP

You are correct in thinking that group credit cards cannot be balance transferred to other group credit card.

You could pay it off using another card if it's not from the RBS group, then transfer the balance from that card.

Just be aware of balance transfer fees, payment times, and credit limits :)
Anything that I do say, is strictly my opinion :p
