HELP. Moving out of rented flat Woried about condition.

Hi i have a few questions is someone can help,

I have been with my landlady for 7 years nearly. i have had 2 flats with her one a 1bed and the other a 2bed as my girlfriend was pregnant and needed a bigger house for our new family.

The first flat we moved in to was of good quality and clean and tidy when we moved in.. and when we moved out we cleaned it and it was immaculate.(stayed there 1.6 years)

The second flat we were offered on the proviso that we cleaned it as the last tenants had only just moved out, the LL said that we had to clean it and dispose of any furniture that was in there when we left as she didn’t do furnished flats when we got to the new flat it was very grubby and the carpets were dirty with black marks on and we also noticed that the carpets were exactly the same as the last flat ( we suppose that they were fitted at the same time) there were also scuff marks on the walls and pictures still up from the last tenants. We are now moving out in to a bigger house after 4.6 years

Our problem is that the wall paper is bubbly in the bed room and in a bad state of repair no real marks just its going to need replacing as its kind of falling off the walls, also the light coloured carpets that we figure are about 6-7 years old are quite dirty now even though we have got a carpet cleaner and clean them every 6 months.
I think that any problem with the carpets are wear and tear and i would expect to have to redecorate after at least 2 tennant and 6-7 years interval.
I do not want to have to give the LL any more money i signed no inventory and as i know of there was no exit inspection when the last Tenants moved out, how could there be with the furniture still insitue? (2 sofas 1 fridge 1 dresser and 3 wardrobes and a desk)

Talking to the LL she said that the 2 bed flat was immaculate when we moved in which it wasn’t as I have explained above. All I can do is clean and tidy and do my best I’m just worried about when she is expecting.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give I can explain further if anyone would like.
