Havens?

Hi all

Ive just recently had a baby so need to re-think my kind of holiday I have a voucher for 50% off at Haven but all the reviews seem really bad and have put me off a bit. I'm not sure if it's just people being moany or what.

I'm looking for Dorset/Somerset/Devon/Cornwall area and wondered if anyone had any recent experiences?

I need to take my woof as well which complicates

I've only had experience of Haven at Berwick-upon-Tweed, and that was a disaster. Went with three grandchildren,youngest not quite 2 years old. We were put right next to the entertainment complex and the noise from the disco was horrendous until 2.oo am every night. Perhaps Havens on South coast would be better, but check out where your accommodation would be sited before booking.

If you want to go to Haven your best bet is to use private owners, there are lots on www.directholidayhomes.com for Haven and non Haven sites, this way you can see exactly what caravan you are getting and where on the park it is located and there are usually things included that you don't get from Haven. Although you have a 50% off voucher depending on when you want to go you may still find it cheaper going privately.
