Tesco grocery order not delivered

Hi All

My first Tesco grocery oder hasn't arrived and online its showing delivered, very strange. Needless to say iv'e just waited in 2 hrs for nothing. I'm going to contact Tesco and see what they say,does anyone know what usually happenes when an order isn't delivered?

What time was it due? My Tesco account always shows "delivered" when its out for delivery.

It was between 10-12 this morning. Thanks for clearing that up aswell.

Oh dear. Maybe the driver is running late. I usually get a phone call if they are though - never had a problem with Tesco so far.

Iv'e not had a call or anything and i can't wait in forever. Rubbish experience for my first shop.

Have you called them, what did they say?

Yeah give them a call and they can get in touch with the driver for you.

Arrggghhhh just spoke to them and they said it was cancelled, i knew nothing of this and they don't know why it was canceled, the lady i spoke to it going to check, worst service won't be going near Tesco again for my shopping. Thanks Tesco for just wasting 2 hrs of my life

That usually happens if there is a problem with your card, was there definitely enough on it to cover the order? Not expired or anything like that?

There was enough money and not expired card or anything, the lady i spoke to called me back and said i wasn't allowed to order more than 10 of the same item didn't matter what the item was.Very odd.

I didn't think the web site allowed you to order more than you are allowed.

I tried to order 4 packs of beer, when the offer said 'max 3 per customer', it wouldn't let me.

If they can set a maximum number on one product then they can set a maximum on all of them.
