I'm a bit confused about this. What do they mean by the fact that they have not registered a 'full claim'?
I have no idea what they mean by this..
Do they mean that they have actually applied to the court for a CCJ but if you cough up then they will withdraw?
No they said if I increaed my monthly payment to £50 they would not take it through the courts, yesterday I emailed them and asked for a settlement figure & they said £150, but how can they say that, as it's going through the courts now?!
Have you actually been served papers from the court? Have you called the court to confirm?
Yes I have had papers from the court, and I recived my "Judgement by Admission" earlier this week
I don't disbelieve you it just smells a bit fishy from the description given so far and companies have been known to send letters pretending to be applications for CCJ's etc.

Everytime I email them, they just say the same thing, that it's a "Judgement by Admission" and not CCJ, but yet I recived papers saying it's a CCJ and it will be registered against me for 6 years - they don't know what they are talking about![STRIKE]£9,336[/STRIKE] Current Debt: £8,635

A CCJ is only registered against you if you do not meet the terms of the order. In this case, it appears that judgement has been given, so there is a CCJ. So what is crucial is what does the order say?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Just a note that if you pay the amount in the CCj within tge 30 day period, it does not go on your credit file and there will be no trace of it at all. I would also suggest that the only reason that they did this was so that they could legally enforce the amount you owed.
Good luck0 -

Hi
I had originally called Tower Capital on the 30th of September to make my £110 settlement figure payment so they would revoke the CCJ.
I just had a call from them to say that the bank has recalled the payment – yet when I call my bank they say no payment was ever requested from them!
Now I don’t have enough money to pay the £110 as I thought it already had been paid, I even have confirmation emails from them saying it has been paid as full & final settlement, are these people are joke, they are really taking me for a ride!
Now it’s been over a month since I got the CCJ, where do I stand? They said that they have sent a letter to the courts to cancel the original CCJ application, but I don’t trust anything they say to me anymore! I can’t believe this has happened.
I was so happy that I had paid it off & now to find out they didn’t even request the payment!
