Here's my mealplan for the coming week:
Monday - Sweet & Sour Chicken with noodles
Tuesday - Spanish Omelette with bread & butter
Wednesday - not sure yet
Thursday - Steak sandwiches, fajita mushrooms, onion rings and perhaps some chip shop chips.
Friday - Chicken drumsticks with a tomato and bacon pasta salad (trying to cling to summer!)
Saturday - Jambalaya
Sunday - Hot & Spicy prawns skewers with some salad and bread & butter
Lunches are sandwiches and leftovers, and snacks are homemade rock buns (they rock!) and fruit. Breakfast - cereals or in my case, nothing, as I keep forgetting to eat it.
Have a good week, everyone! Thanks for starting the thread, and I'm happily back on the mealplanning bandwagon!

Lidl are showing it on their site - 300g for £1.00 rather than £1.67. Not sure if that's good as I don't buy it.Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100

Hello everyone and I'd like to add my thanks to PenPin for the thread. Here's me:
Saturday - L: HM roast pepper soup & bread, maybe a small chip butty.now it gets a bit complicated here. My new flatmate mentioned a couple evenings ago about going out in the evening to some thing or other, so if we end up going out I'll heat up one of my smaller portions of dahl and do some rice before going out. If I'm not out then it's cheesy bean and bacon pasta.
Sunday - L: changed this to be a fishfinger sandwich and some beans, as I just really fancy one.if out on Sat, the pasta will be here. If not, one of the bigger portions of dahl & rice.
Monday - L: LO of whatever Sunday's tea was.spag bol.
Tuesday - L: sandwich.mince with mash, carrot & peas.
Wednesday - L: sandwich.bacon & tomato pasta.
Thursday - L: LO bacon & tomato pasta.corned beef hash with mash.
Friday - L: sandwich.3-bean chilli with garlic bread.
Saturday - L: going out for the day with Boyfriend, not sure if we are doing packed lunch but it's likely.probably going to have dinner and a couple of drinks out with him, we have not had an evening out for a while.
Sunday - L: I'll probably do us soup and/or sandwiches, Boyfriend is one of those lovely agreeable types who will eat virtually any kind of food offered or given to him.mushroom risotto.
Wishing everyone a good next week, and good rest of this week too.0 -
