This matter has been sorted out - the owner has contacted me and items have arrived. she is on holiday and her replacement works full time elsewhere so this is why there was no response. The missing items are on their way and I am satisfied that this is a safe online site. i think I just bought at an awkward time! Thanks for all the help. I do appreciate

Good God some people are impatient. You have had an acknowledgement now Give them a chance to actually send the items out. If after a couple of weeks nothing arrives and no communication open a Paypal dispute

Email her saying your not happy and will take it up with paypal, youll have t send it recorded . You could always charge back if your not happy. The prices are stupid! Way over priced for stuff you could pick up in pound world..Personally i dont think it was worth the money-make your own, get the stuff for about £20 and it is a nicer touch.
