I saw that yesterday. I'm still getiing various phone calls etc, from people i've never heard of. Maybe i'll change my phone number, with my new life, but its so much hassle, as i use it for work. So many companies to tell. Its bad enough changing address.

Thanks everyone, I shall just see what happens. Merecer lady made me laugh. I said "Isen't it a bit unethical to sell a debt to a third party knowing full well I'm going bankrupt and they wont be able to collect." Her answer, "No, it's a business decision that Barclaycard have made."

Ahh just wanted to say im couple of months behind barclaycard payments
I cant afford to pay min, barclays are pushy on phone and never listen.
I do want to sort something out with mercers a realistic repayment plan but bit worried they refuse.

They ring all the time sometimes 10mins apart 10times a day 8am in moring, 10pm at night.weekends, bank holidays they relentless.
They leave messages sort of text I think that plays on a loop on answer machine.
not threated doorstep yet.

I unplug phone or dont answer unless I know who it is.

really want to make atoken payment but unsure how these guys will be.

gailey, go and talk to the CAB and get them to help you with these guys. They will help sort out your offer and write letters to them.
