Hello all.
I have a video on my Pc that i would like to edit down,the problem is that the video is more than five minutes long and i need to edit it down to less than two minutes.I have tried microsofts version however it tells me that i dont have the correct Codec and it will not let me play the video.
Do you have any recommendations for a free oline video editor that might just do the trick for me,i would appreciate any help that you may be able to offer.

You could try these, bearing in mind I haven't used them. I only use MM2.
Also VLC (Google it) is a better player imho.

I've used virtualDub for years and I think it's one of the best free video editors. Erightsoft's Super is really good for converting video.0
