So which of these procedures is the correct one?
1 Taken to local post office from where it is put as normal post and sent to the main distribution centre for resorting and then taken back to the local delivery centre
or
2 Taken to local post office from where it is collected and taken back to local delivery centre

collections are made by collection drivers who return to the mail centre
there is little 'resorting' as all 'pouched' items are placed in a specific blue pouch
these pouches are sorted and forwarded to the relevant DO
collecting from a PO to return to a DO would mean a driver could only do less collections or you would require a seperate collection driver0
