I deleted the comment that dunstonh referred to as it seemed redundant when I saw comment made between starting and finishing writing. The only actual knowledge that Yes Loans would have would be about Yes Loans themselves. If they know of a mis-sale that they have made, they are obliged to correct it, not try to get more money from you. And their compliance department is hardly likely to appreciate encouraging you to make complaints that would lead to them having to pay out more money to you than any charge that they make.

What loans have you had in the past where you've had a lump sum added to the loan amount to buy PPI?
Yes, I agree with there. They would not be encouraging a claim regarding themselves but they "know a man who can (their sister type companies" regarding other loans.

Either way I would certainly steer clear of "any" company to do with this company from posts on here and other forums and if the OP has got any PPI claims then do it with help from here. They hardly have a good reputation for getting people loans and seem to take £69.50 from vulnerable people for nothing and do not repay as per their terms and conditions. I assume that they would perhaps do the same in claims management and take upfront fees for doing nothing!!!!

  • I am compiling the final part of the questionnaire (section E) and I am having a little trouble in answering the following question, without sounding greedy - "And finally, please tell us now why are you unhappy with the insurance??"

Do you have any tips or tried & tested comments that I may use??

    Thanks in advance....

I think that question would be difficult for anyone other than you to answer as each persons reasons are personal I would say. Just tell it like it is for you and I am sure you will be OK.

    Hi there

This will depend on your own personal reasons for being mis sold, but you could make a point (if you think this applies to you) that you don't believe it was sold in your best interest, you have been deprived of your money, due to being mis sold the policy and anything else you can think of (maybe it did not pay out on a claim) etc.

The truth is a good reason.

Telling lies can actually do damage to a complaint. Many complaints do not have evidence which supports either side and a balance of probability decision needs to be made. Then the side which is most credible tends to win. If one sound is able to counter lies told by the other then that damages credibility.
