Opera 9 - Transfer Page Problem

Can anyone help before I kill my p.c?
Reinstalled XP, I can't get opera to work right. If I start a transfer going it gets rid of my current web page and replaces it with just the transfers page...:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
Before if I clicked on a download the transfer page would pop-up behind the webpage I was looking on.
Any ideas?

**Closed, found my problem.
Was a option for opening windows instead of tabs.
