Wed 9th February 3pm: Due to exceptional usage today we are currently experiencing a backlog of browser uploads of 2 hours. Photos uploaded already are being processed and will appear later. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
If you are waiting to use our one day special offer, the deadline has been extended from midnight through to 10am tomorrow. Please try uploading later today when the queues are shorter.

Yes I have also had same problems with files not found despite uploading some of them. I have had to downsize 8 mega pixels pictures to a more managable size and it aint helped much either. I cant see the 99p on main page now although I could earlier.

I haven't reached the basket yet to confirm price.

shrek? What's the quickest way to downsize pictures and can a non-techie like me do it do you know please?

I've been there all day :D

Thanks for that post Reaper - I'm still seeing this:

I just used Jasc paintshop pro then go into menu image resize then choose what size you wanted I selected 40% of orginal image as I have images around 3264x2448. I also cropped a few pictures then saved as jpeg and used a little compression 4%. Images around 800k some 1mb.

No longer a user, goodbye folks. PLEASE delete my account. Thank you

Think I might try the first part, I'll have a root around paintshop, but the rest of it beat me :D

    Thanks a lot shrek.

No problem glad to help. Even old versions PSP will work, latest build even enhances and cleans digital noise which is a problem with digital camera. Most photo manipulation programs also work for resizing.

You can always download a trial version if your on broadband.

I'm on dial-up shrek, and now the server's gone down at this end rofl.

Whilst it's down I'll see what's what in paintshop.

    Thanks again :)
