I could only do the offer by emailing 5 or so at a time - tedious but have managed to get prints of digital pix I hadn't seen in the flesh
- and as a result of this offer it will be photobox I'll be using for my A2 reprints of the best! (using the feb discount of course!)

Does customer service come any better than this?

I got exactly the same about 15 minutes ago after I'd emailed them too. Will definitely use them again as their print quality is superb. Somebody mentioned a February offer - can anyone tell me what it is as I've got some from before I'd like to get enlargements of. Now off to sort out my order for the 100 free prints. Brilliant post.

I think mine might arrive tomorrow, (some I had to pay full price for - hazard of dial-up I think) but received some from Shutterfly today.

What a disappointment.

I'm sticking with Photobox. I haven't seen better yet.

Firstly, thank you to the person who posted details of this super deal.

I was one of the people who missed the deadline because of the amount of use on the photobox site.

I have also received the e-mail advising of the 100 free credits. This company just has to be the 'best' as far as customer service goes, they really have exceeded my expectations.

Have just e-mailed them a 'special thank you' with an indication that they will be enjoying all of my business in future.

Very good company yes the deal was an excellent one. I will also use them again. Its a real pleasure when companies like this are quick and treat customers as if they aint just a number.
