Just got an email to say photos been despatched that less than 24hours that they were sent them, so they are very quick.

Prompt courteous reply, seriously impressed with this outfit. Friend who got their photos in report dispatched order notes, prepaid return post via a PDF order confirmation. Impressed even if I did not get there in time. Speaks volumes about the company.

Thank you for getting in touch with us about the problems you had taking advantage of our 1 pence sale. As you may well have guessed, the demand for this offer was extremely high, with large numbers of members trying to upload images. We trialled a similar offer last week on our international site, and from this we were confident that we would be able to handle this weeks offer on the main UK site.

In hindsight it seems that we underestimated the ability of the members of our UK site to spot a great bargain, and to tell their friends about it!

I know that due to problems outside of your control you may have been unable to use the offer successfully so, once the dust has settled and we are back to our normal levels of service, I'll be getting back in touch with you to let you know how we are going to resolve this - I anticipate that this will be either later today or tomorrow morning.

Just a thanks to OP - managed to upload all pics eventually - got them all sorted and dispatched.

Many thanks - a lot of money saved and now I can finally take some more pics cos I now have a clear memory card.

What an offer great customer service and a turnaround that seems to be next day!

Fuji paper, great processing.

Their upload web java applet or active X is great, but they also allow FTP and email.

Recomended.

Some members of the familiy had problems with uploads and complained, will keep you updated with progress.

Having been unsuccessful in using their offer and emailing them to that effect, I've just received the following:

Following the problems that you experienced when trying to take advantage of our 1p sale on Wednesday, I'm pleased to say that I will be adding 100 print credits to your account this evening. They will expire next weekend, so you'll need to use them by then., and they can be used against 6"x4" and 6"x4.5" prints. Print credits are used automatically when prints of the relevant sizes are in your shopping basket. All you will need to pay is the standard postage for the order.
