The video kept freezing on me so after a bit of playing about I hit on the following method to skip the whole of the video.
1) Click "Start Quiz"
2) Right Click on the video bringing up the Flash Player Menu - Click on "Forward"
3) The video goes blank so Right Click again and click on "Play"
4) The entry form appears
