I would update plugins if having probs with this, flash being the obvious one as there's just been a major update and SL are new to web forms for comps. Mine just went through fine in FF. Possibly they fixed a problem though?
I had a template email for SL as a draft ...easy to enter as long as their emails weren't bouncing.
A template with details for emails makes them sooo easy compared to web forms IMO. Just copy/paste addy, subject and answer if needed and you're done.
