Anyone been to the crown plaza heathrow?

We are booked in here for a night before a flight, and wanted to know what bits were included. ideally i don't want to have to unpack, so do they supply toiletries? hair dryer, towels etc?
What are they like? we booked as a mystery hotel, and just found out which one it was - hoping we took a good gamble!

We have stayed there many times and it is a lovely hotel!
Yes you get Towels, Hairdryer, Soap, Shampoo etc.
Got a lovely swimming pool if you fancy a dip too!
