Ceramic heaters

Just as its getting colder and thinking about my flat not having any central heating. Does anybody know if its cheaper to run a ceramic heater than a halogen one? Seen a good deal on a ceramic one and was just wondering what they were like - especially if they gobble the electric!! Thanks in advance
At least the fish fingers are still frozen, that's what I keep telling myself (Truly Madly Deeply)

All electric heaters of the same kW rating cost the same to run, regardless of what type.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
