Halifax

Anyone else got a £500 increase in their overdraft on a Halifax account this week? Just called up to check it wasn't anything fraudulent and she said it's an automatic increase, nothing to worry about and there's been a delay sending out the letters? Very strange!

  • Hi All
I dont use my £100 Halifax overdraft
Today they sent me a letter saying "having reviewed my account "they have up it to £2350!
    What a lot of jokers
Phoned up and got it returned to £100
The person on the phone had no idea what was going on
I know people who would got out and max their overdraft if it happened to them
My son also got a letter upping his from £100 to £1550(another joke)
    What are they playing at?
