Boots Offer of the week (OOTW) 2009 to 2010

I thought it might be useful to post a list of dates and offers from last years Boots offer of the week (OOTW)

I have compiled the list from searches of this site, so hopefully there are no errors. (apologies if there are any)

Originally the offers were half price and also on a 342 and therefore represented good value. But last year there was a big variation.

Some weeks the item was only reduced by one third instead of 50%. Sometimes it was on 342, sometimes not. It was very hit and miss and this could be an indicator on what to expect this year.

It usually starts on a Friday and is available online and instore. The items are found in the Christmas book/catalogue. The only exception was The No7 Protect & perfect set which was a 'special' last year

If anyone has any (inside) info as to what is available and when, it will be helpful to us all if you can post it here.

9/10/09..... Sanctuary set £17.50 each and 342

16/10/09... Mens No7 Collection, usually £40 selling for £20 and 342.

23/10/09... The Front Cover Eye Spy set £35 down to £15 (Not on 342)

30/10/09... The Elle McPherson ultimate Bag set


6/11/09...... Fuji 10 megapixel camera


13/11/09... No 7 Ultimate Collection. £40 was £60 also on 342

20/11/09.... Hair straighteners


27/11/09.... No 7 Protect & perfect set (Specially prepared set)

4/11/09...... Gok's Hey Gorgeous £18 and Not on 342

11/12/09... ladies Fcuk overnight bag

Oh .... the soap and glory hatbox .... I remember that night! Wasn't it about 2a.m. and there was a random funny looking man and woman on the website!!! And we all kept each other company through those LONG LONG hours of waiting.

Happy memories!!! Ooooh, I hope it's back again this year!!!

omg I remeber that so well sitting looking at the happy couple on the picture didn't someone put a funny caption about them waiting on the soap and glory box also on a positive note i got 2 so was well happy not the fact i had to get up at 6am for my work haha xxx

Oh, the S&G hatbox - yes I was here too, then gave up at daft-o-clock, went to wait outside the store the next morning, then, when I got to the door, realised that I didn't have my cards with me - only my advantage card - muppet ! Thankfully I had enough points on it ! (Still working my way through it now)

Oh yes, half the night waiting for non-existent online hatboxes ... & slipping on sheet ice & dropping both of them on the long trek home from Boots the next morning.

And all worth it - still love mine almost a whole year on.

S & G is great. The "clean girls" lasts forever!

Started it at christmas and still have half a bottle left....and yes I do shower every day

I loved the hatbox holding screen man I hope hes back this year although he wasnt the other day when I got holding screened on there
