What to do with begonias?

I have had a beautiful display from my begonias. I am just wondering whether I could just bring the pot on the veranda to protect from frost. Anybody done this. I do not want the hassle of lifting and storing. Thanks

  • Assuming these are not the tuberous begs then the chance of them overwintering outside are almost nil. If it is the tuberous one then allow it to die off and store the tuber in a dry, frost free place until next spring.

And drench with vine weevil killer, they will devastate the corms otherwise
