Had a potential buyer from Spain.

The problem is he could'nt bid on my item. Upto last night i only posted in the UK, but thought i would give it a go.
Now i think i altered altered my preferences correctly so that he could bid from spain, but he still could'nt do it.
Now is it something i have'nt done my end or is it his end.
