Santander Shares EPOA Query

I have a registered enduring power of attorney for my father. I think he must have 2 lots of Santander shares as periodically he gets 2 credit payments from them into his account.
I need to send in a certified copy of the registered power of attorney etc. so I can look after his shares for him.
I used their website contact us link and they never replied. So I rang them and they said I had to go into a branch. I then went into a branch and they said I had to contact them via their website.
I only want the correct address. All I want to do is write to the right place to get the enduring power of attorney etc. noted against dad's shares. Does anyone know what address I have to write to ?

The shares are nothing to do with Santander branches. Equiniti are the Registrars for Banco Santander SA shares held in the UK. Their address is :-
Santander Nominee Service
Aspect House
Spencer Road
LANCING
West Sussex
BN99 6DA
Telephone 0871 384 2000

You will need the the Unique Reference Number(s) for the holding(s). There should be Entitlement Certificates somewhere among your father's papers. If you can't find them the reference may be on the payment notifications.
Don't mess about with Santander Bank Customer Services or any of the branches. They won't know what they're talking about and will have you bouncing back and forth for months.0 -
